Merry Christmas!
Hello all and Merry Christmas. As I am writing this, it's Christams Eve and our kids are in bed. We wanted to thank you for your continued support over the past year.
We are also taking a much needed vacation - of sorts. We're really not going anywhere that I'm aware of... Tommy hasnt said anything. In anycase, we are closing the shop down for the week between Christmas and New Years and we'll be back open on Wed., Jan. 2nd.
We wish you all the best this Christmas season and a wonderful and safe 2013!

'thanksgiving hours
Hi everyone! Just a short reminder....we'll be closed on Thanksgiving Day. We'll be with our family eating turkey, taters, salad, garlic green beans and of course - pumpkin pie!
Can't wait to sleep in, watch some football, cook a little and eat too much! Yummy! This makes me happy! The best part is sleeping in!
We hope you have lots of things to be thankful for. We do - family, friends, health, laughter. We also thank our customers who have kept us in business for the past 5 years.

Welcome back!
Hi everyone! We've been back from vacation for a bit now and believe it or not, we're just getting back into the swing of things! It is nice to be back! Disneyland was a great experience - the kids had a great time. The weather was HOT and the hotel was right across the street from the entrance which made going back and forth real easy. The only real disappointing thing was the ride Haunted Mansion was closed because they were getting ready for Halloween. That was my favorite ride growing up and I wanted to have the kids go on it. We'll have to wait till next time!
In any case, back to work....
You might not know this but October is National Pizza Month and we'll be making pizzas just like last month - but we'll be doing something to celebrate. Not quite sure yet, but I'll let you know. In any case, come by in October and celebrate with us!
Another great reason for October - The Giants WILL be going to the World Series! That's my prediction - let's hope it plays out! Go Giants!
Did you know that you can purchase ready to use dough balls from us? That's right - you can! Any of the sizes you want - we'll wrap up for you. If you don't want to roll it out, we'll do that too and put it on a take and bake tray for you to take home and top any way you want it.
The dough can be used for more than just pizzas. Breadsticks (sweet or savory) can be made by rolling out the dough in thin snake like pieces, brush with a little melted butter or olive oil and then sprinkle or roll on your favorite toppings. Bake for about 10 minutes in a 350 degree oven - longer if you want them crispier.

Thank you!
WOW! What a great Super Bowl Sunday we had! Unbelievable! It started at 10:25 (we don't open until 10:30) and didn't stop! Thank you to Frani and Abby for great work! I couldn't have done it without you guys! Congrats to all the Giants fans - I know my extended family in NY had a great time! We had the game on but I didn't get to watch any of it we were so busy. I did see a bit of the half time show - not sure what to make of that!
We're now working on a few types of pizza eating contests! I'll keep you informed as soon as we have figured out al the details!

Hello!
Hi everyone! This is our new Blog for That Pizza Place! We are so excited! It's been a long time coming - I hope you like it!
If you don't know me, and how I write, it's pretty much from the heart. Sometimes it comes from the head but I have to think and sometimes I don't like to think when I write. It just comes out of my fingers and on to the screen. Sooo.. if I offend anyone, it's not intentional. I ask forgiveness I advance!
We are celebrating our third year in St. Helena and I have to tell you, it's been pretty tough. In a town where you have 5 star restaurants and wineries all around you, it's hard to make it with traditional pizza. But we have heard great things from our customers. We like what we've heard and what you are saying, so keep up the good work!
We've added artichoke hearts and have a great new pizza call Hearts and Bacon! It's really yummy! Check out the menu tab and you'll find it on the top of the page under Specialty Pizzas!
Harvest is coming up and we are getting LOTS of orders from wineries. If you are one of those, please place your orders early so we can accommodate you.
We are trying to work with Nimbus Arts to have a mural on the Spring Street side of the building. We've gotten the okay from our landlord as well as the city (Jaime at Nimbus took care of that). Now they are looking for a sponsor! Can you help us out? We'd love to get it going soon. Please contact Jaime at Nimbus Arts if you'd like to help out.! She can be reached at 707-963-5278.
Octoberis the last month for Cheers! We'll be open all night long - at least until 9pm. Please stop by for a pizza. We'd love to make you dinner!
